Monday Blues

It's a monday and I'm the BDOO. This month only doing this one duty, but have 4 next month, am so gonna die. The weekend in reverse wasn't too bad, met Lindi and her friends on Sunday night at the Brazilian buffet thingy at Sixth Ave. Set me back 40 odd dollars, she wanted to play matchmaker and introduce new girls to me. The two singles there were actually quite nice, sadly, I'm not one for LDRs. All high-flyers with who studied in JHU, there was this married doctor who drives a Jaguar, and I think he's only 28. Before that had driving, my 1st lesson in 2 weeks and I finally completed part 1, just 3 more parts to go before I book my driving test.

On Saturday went for Diana's party, was her birthday bash. Met Gerry and Peiyun there, was quite suprised to see them actually. The PSC crowd was quite small, only about 8 PSC pple were there. After a while we all left to go China One for drinks. Got quite high that night, not pissed drunk though.

Friday night met up with the platoon to watch early morning movie. Watched the 2am showing of Wet Dreams 2. Crap show, the 1st was much better and I found that sucky. Had a nice chat with the guys though, quite a lot of people turned up for that last minute gathering.

One of the more interesting things of note was the NKF debacle. Especially with the HIGH cost of peanuts now. There is some truth in her words, but one must always think before speaking, especially when the words can come back and haunt you.

NDP wise has been good, finally finished crafting all the letters to send to VVIPs and the invitation cards have finally been printed and sent over. Now just need to let comd clear everything, which I suspect will take forever.
