Wedding Invite

Recieved a call at 8:25pm earlier, the conversation went something like this:
Royton, "Why aren't you at the wedding?"
Me, "Huh, I didn't get an invitation what."
Royton, "You know it's CPT Koh's wedding right?"
Me, "Yah, I saw Alan's invitation"
Royton, "Wait ah, I get CPT Koh speak to you."
CPT Koh, "I give you 5 minutes to get to my wedding."
Me, "HUH??? Sir, I didn't get an invite lor."
CPT Koh, "No lor, I gave your invite to Gabriel, or Bryce. you didn't get it meh?"
Me, " er, no..."
CPT Koh, "Whatever lah."
Royton, " Wah biangz, I can't believe it, you're not coming because you didn't get the invitation though you heard about the wedding."

That conversation lasted exactly 3 minutes. Thereafter I took a shower and pestered my mum to send me to Clarke Quay after some deliberation. Felt so honoured that the groom actually called me to ask me to attend. Anyhow,I arrived at the wedding at 9:30, 2 whole hours after the wedding was to start. Anyhow, it was good to see all the Bde people again, toasted CPT Koh, drank 3 glasses plus of wine. Was initially supposed to meet the Bravo people for dinner but instead met them after the wedding. Hoped they would go cheong after that but they were all too tired and we all went home. Shared some of my CTC experiences with them, something I'll do on this blog tomorrow.
