The month of March seems so very hectic, most of my time in camp seems to be finding time to squeeze in even more activities into a fixed schedule. Finding time to put in more route marches, fast marches, etc etc, and there are only 24 hours a day with 10 periods. Plus, more and more arrows are flying my way, have this nagging feeling that I'll be conducting officer for the CWO for the CSB come April. Just have to suck it up and move on. Was talking to Luqman last nite over prata, he was saying I'm his buffer as he can't plan for nuts. And it really is my job to be his buffer, attending CO Conf that he can't attend (I want to fight BUA, not attend CO Conf!!), plan training programmes...
Coming to duties, have 04 x DO duties this month, at least after this month, I will not be doing DO anymore. Pity those new officers who are coming over on Wednesday, imagine coming to a unit and being told there is a 16km route march on that very day. Plus my cunning plan is to get Eugene to let them understudy us this week so we are free to go for exercise next week. Need to spread my tentacles already...
I want to ORD!!! Just another 80 more days and I'll be a free man. Should go ask how many days leave I have and start my planning. Wonder if I'll have an understudy, then can transfer work over to him, things like red booklets and interview booklets. In fact, have already shot an arrow, just wondering if the arrow will stick to it's intended target or will it fly back to me. Sighz, being scholar just means more arrows flying around.
Attended Zhenghan's and Bingzhi's 21st last week and watched Underworld with them. Had quite a nice time, except I didn't get as tanned as I hoped to get. Wonder how many more people will celebrate from 56/04 B03.
