Am currently having NE course at IPAM. Considering that I just went for NE course before I ORDed two months ago, this current course is a little superfluous. At least the course ended early today. Managed to squeeze in a run before dinner, speedwise was the same as early June when I last ran. Ran 5.8km but extrapolating that speed to 2.4km will mean I FAIL, think I really ought to train more. Working life is really putting a squeeze on my exercising and it doesn't seem to be getting any better. 1 day away from work and I get 41 emails in my inbox. Had to spend the better part of the evening clearing them. In addition, found out that I've gotten arrowed to do some presentation. On the bright side, it's good practise for public speaking.
On another note, Lit mentioned in his blog he had 14 pple online and only 2 females on MSN. Currently I've got 30 pple online and 3 females... My ratio is definately worse than his. NS has definately improved my male social circle, need to know more gals from work...
