Strengthfinder results

As part of personal development, MOM made all Div I officers go through a strengthfinder test. My results and what they mean are as follows:

WOO - winning others over - This basically means that I like to make friends
Analytical - I analyse issues and find out how they work.
Adaptability - I go with the flow. If something changes, I adapt to it.
Includer - I bring people into the group
Maximiser - I see the strengths in people and work to bring it out.

In short, I bring people into the group and make them like me. After that, I bring out their strengths to achieve success. However, I am also flexible enough to work alone to analyse the issues and solve the problem.

Wonder how accurate this description is though, had thought that there was some contradiction with some of the strengths, especially analytical since it has an element of working alone whereas WOO and Includer are more people based.

Anyway, shall go back to the usual theme of my posts. Met up with the Mark, TK and BT 2 weeks back as a farewell lunch for Mark before he flew off to UMich for his PHD. Think the next time we meet will be next year when he comes back for his hols. The Saturday after that was Father's birthday and we had a BBQ at home, nothing much to write about though. Had the usual crabs, steak, crayfish, etc.

Then last Friday played tennis with Phine, Sulinn and Trysha at CSC Tessonsohn. Hopefully Phine and Sulinn weren't too bored playing with me and Trysha, given that we were just stroking and weren't playing a game. It was also drizzling throughout our game and made the court super slippery.

On Saturday played MJ at Ken's place. Won $50, had one amazing hand where my tiles were complete at the start of the game and I zi mou when it was my turn. Pity it wasn't a di hu. That would have been spectacular.
