I am so irritated rite now, wrote a nice long blog entry but din save it, now it's lost.....arghz.....
In any case, wrote about my week in tango wing, how different ocs is now compared to 39/00 delta wing... though golf wing seems quite bad now, perhaps as bad as delta... all these insights because us rejoiners all had lessons or exercises with the different BEG wings... Echo seems to be the best place to be.... had an 4k ET run earlier in the week, took 17min for the 1st 3km and 8 min for the last 1km.... all coz i had a horrid stitch... then had IPPT late in the week, did 12 flat for 2.4....though it's my 1st time running in a long time, still unhappy with the results....thinking of whether i should run again this week and try for a silver...
tts it for now, am not planning to re-write everything i wrote earlier....
seems i was wrong, the previous post did appear after all...hehe....me blurz...
