Someone complained that I don't update my blog!!!

And I have to agree, wanted to update earlier, but had been procrastinating. Anyway, the last 2 weeks or so have been quite fun, played quite a bit of tennis. Played last Thursday, the Sunday before that and again on the Thursday before. Was playing with the IC people as the tennis players are back for their summer hols. Must say it was quite fun, especially last Thursday's game when only Qiqi showed up. Had quite a few good rallies with her, coming home after that was a pain though. Wanted to take a cab, but couldn't get one even after calling, so took a bus home. At times like this, I so want a car.

Then on Friday two weeks ago, met up with the Bravo people for dinner at Haji lane. Turnout was amazingly good, even had the instructors showing up. But they were being their usual self and had to 'exercise' people, and at a public place at that. Ah well, I hope after they graduate and start work they will grow out of it.

Saturday was the long awaited BBQ organised by Lester. The beef was amazing, small group as usual, and loads of good booze, unfortunately the food was slightly lacking and we had to top up our food halfway thru with a short trip to NTUC to get sausages, mushrooms and bacon. Finished my Macallan 15 and 3/4 a bottle of cordon bleu. The 4 who stayed late were all pretty darn high by the end of the night, but at least we were all happy.

Also met up with Royston last Wednesday. My one-time buddy from Brigade days, see him only when he comes back from Oz for hols. Had a nice chat with him, but ate at Pasta Mania and the food was totally crap.

Finally went for a dive trip last weekend at Pulau Aur. Went with Shufen, Kenneth, Brian and a few other OW divers. Was quite happy from the trip as I saw my first pair of mating nudibranch. Just that series of shots alone was enought to make this trip worth it.
