I am pissed off

Is it really so hard to get an OA account? I've requested for one ever since I got posted back to Battallion (early Sep) and after asking Eugene once before my course started (end Sep) and one more time after I came back from course (mid Dec), I still don't have an account... Whilst on duty yesterday, I found out everyone else has an account already. This spurred me on to independent action and I eventually found out SMC does not have me on file. I really wonder what happened to the two faxes that were sent in Sep and what's been happening since I reminded Eugene I need an account. Anyway a couple emails later, I suddenly find out I pissed off S2 for taking independent action to get an account. Actually according to De'en it's because of the designation I used, but that's what he's for what, as a system to check that we do not indiscriminately apply for accounts. He's still the final approving authority, and I definately need an account to work. Besides, BT is using the same designation, which is why I used it as well... Life sukz and I'm pissed off...
