One thing I forgot to blog about so far, which is my being lost in the wilderness in the Bn as CO calls it. An EOT statement should go something like " The arrival of regular officers, Jay and Jacques, who need to clear their PC tour as part of regular training, allows me to not assume command during my NSF time. Hmmz, haven't lost what I learnt from CTC/AIOC. As such, I'm in the Bn as part of the Coy but have no men under me. Buckspeed was spent following Faiz around with the happy officer Brendan being the controller for our Coy.
Christmas and New Year was spent uneventfully, didn't do much at all, did manage to go MOS last friday though, it's quite a nice place, but queueing 2 hrs to get in is not. Preservered to the end as we wanted to see what the fuss was all about.
Getting quite broke as well, with Sha'en's wedding last Friday and Siyong's this coming Monday. Wonder why they like to get married all at the same time.
Anyway, 2005 in retrospect wasn't too bad, commissioned in April, did NDP till Aug, nuahed in Bn during Sep and made loads of new friends in CTC/AIOC from Oct to Dec. Will start work in 2006, hope all goes well.
